Max’s Tavern and Max’s Swing Lounge, located inside the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA, are seeking a Busser/Runner with open availability to join our front-of-house team. You will support servers, keep dining areas clean, and help with service flow in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Busser/Runner or Support Server is preferred.
• Familiarity with table service flow and guest interaction etiquette.
• Comfort in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables efficiently and discreetly to support fast table turnover.
• Keep dining and service areas tidy and fully stocked throughout the shift.
• Assist in water and bread service, or food running as needed.
• Help with setup and breakdown of service stations and dining areas.
• Work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest service.
• Maintain a warm and professional presence in the dining room at all times.
