Job Description

This job requires the Twin Peaks Busser / Janitor to clean and maintain the Twin Peaks restaurant. Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline when it comes to keeping his/her restaurant clean and sanitized.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Adhering to uniform standards
• Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
• Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
• Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Train using tablets or computer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
• Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.

The Uniform

• Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times. Brim never bent.
• Hair must be kept clean and underneath the TP hat.
• Clean shaven. Beards & mustaches are allowed but must be maintained.
• Fingernails must be kept trimmed.
• Jewelry is not allowed in ears, face, around the neck or wrists.
• Headphones or ear buds are not permitted.
• Wear a clean, non-faded, unwrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in.

Education and/or Experience

Proven experience as a Busser / Janitor.

Language Skills

Ability to communicate in English and understand policies and procedures related to cleaning and sanitizing a restaurant.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions. Deal with standardized situations with minimal variables.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Attend orientation and complete required training, including any local or state certifications such as food or alcohol service.

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, walk, handle objects, and occasionally lift up to 15 pounds. Vision abilities include close, peripheral, depth perception, and focus.

Work Environment

Regular exposure to kitchen fumes, humid conditions, and cleaning chemicals. Possible exposure to cigarette or cigar smoke in smoking sections.
