Responsibilities

Who are you?

The RBP Concierge will be responsible for engaging members who need escalated assistance with their RBP plan. This role will require the concierge to collaborate with internal teams including claims processing, clinical and member services as well as external RBP vendors and brokers to ensure a seamless member experience.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:

• Provide exceptional support to RBP members, employer groups, and vendors.
• Work with internal and external teams to resolve member issues.
• Make outgoing calls to hospitals and physicians to resolve barriers to care.
• Take incoming calls and referrals to assist members as required.
• Review claim payments and benefit application to explain to both members and providers.

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

• Required- High School Diploma
• Required- Previous Self-funded and RBP experience.
• Preferred- Previous call center experience.
• Preferred-Associates Degree in Business.

You also take pride in offering the following Core Skills, Competencies, and Characteristics:

• Must be familiar with RBP pricing models and vendors.
• Must have a solid understanding of claim processing and benefit application.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.
• Must be able to maintain a positive attitude.
• Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in Windows and Microsoft Office environments, including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Knowledge of insurance database system a plus.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
