What We Are Looking For...

We have streamlined the most consistent and tech-driven experience in the short-term rental market, with the Concierge role bringing hospitality to the forefront. As a brand ambassador, the Concierge Coordinator will support guests from reservation to stay, working closely with Guest Experience Coordinators to ensure a seamless, high-touch service. This role requires a passion for helping people and enhancing guest experiences, with a focus on sales and exceptional customer service. The role is fully remote; candidates must be available to work PST hours, including weekends.

What you'll do...

  1. Sell Concierge services to guests, focusing on quarterly revenue goals
  2. Create itineraries and experiences to enhance guest stays
  3. Develop proposals and itineraries to present our offerings
  4. Interact with guests via phone, SMS, and email to ensure satisfaction
  5. Respond promptly, professionally, and personally to inquiries, making guests feel welcome
  6. Convert requests into confirmed services, managing leads and outreach
  7. Support field operation teams and guest experience staff to maintain high-quality service
  8. Assist in program development with Concierge management
  9. Keep customer information and confirmations updated in relevant systems
  10. Provide accurate information on properties and policies
  11. Understand guest profiles and offer personalized recommendations for upgrades and experiences
  12. Attend bi-weekly meetings, providing updates and discussion points
  13. Stay informed on market upgrades, seasonality, trends, and local events to better serve guests
  14. Engage sincerely with guests, exceeding expectations and owning the guest experience from start to finish

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of VIP Customer Service and/or Concierge experience
  • Luxury Travel industry background preferred
  • Experience in Sales and Call Center environments preferred
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about travel
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical issues
  • Strong team orientation and reliability, self-starter attitude
  • Quick learner of new software and adaptable to updates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with attention to detail
  • Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday shifts required)
