Job Description

This job requires the Twin Peaks Busser / Janitor to clean and maintain the Twin Peaks restaurant. Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline when it comes to keeping his/her restaurant clean and sanitized.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Adhering to uniform standards
• Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
• Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
• Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Train using tablets or computer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.

The Uniform

• Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times. Brim never bent.
• Hair must be kept clean and underneath the TP hat.
• Maintain a clean-shaven face. Beards & mustaches are allowed but must be maintained.
• Fingernails must be kept trimmed.
• No jewelry in ears, face, around the neck or wrists.
• No headphones or earbuds.
• Wear a clean, non-faded, unwrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Busser / Janitor.
• Ability to communicate in English and understand cleaning and sanitation policies.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and deal with standardized situations.
• Must attend and complete orientation and training, including any required certifications.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Regularly required to stand, walk, handle objects, and communicate. May occasionally lift up to 15 pounds. Exposure to kitchen fumes, humid conditions, chemicals, and possibly smoke.
