Job summary

Colony Grill in Tampa, FL is seeking a service-oriented Busser to join our frontline team. You will clear tables, deliver water and condiments, and help carry signature pizzas to guests, contributing to an exceptional dining experience.

Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with attention to detail, standing for extended periods and assisting with opening tasks and dining area setup as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clear used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins in preparation for next guest.
• Clean and sanitizes tables, adhering to restaurant health & hygiene safety best practices.
• Run pizzas to guest tables.
• Replenish condiments, napkins, and prepare silverware packets; refill drinking glasses with water to support exceptional guest service.
• Assist with restaurant opening and dining area set up by cleaning chairs and tables, sweeping/vacuuming floors.

As a critical member of our service team, you will contribute to an exceptional dining experience for guests by clearing and cleaning tables, proactively delivering service items to guests such as water, condiments, and carrying our signature pizzas to guests. In addition to working at a Colony Grill restaurant, you will also have the opportunity to be part of the Colony Grill professional sports team stadium staff.
