Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a Food and Beverage Ambassador to deliver prompt, courteous service and assist guests at multiple touchpoints within the venue.

You will handle guest check transactions, seat guests, answer questions, manage reservations, and uphold health and safety standards while maintaining a clean dining area. Collaborative teamwork and a polite, professional demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGR's).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Receive payment from Guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Adhere to established cash control policies and procedures of Grand Casino.
• Seat Guests according to established procedures and assist with reservations.
• Answer Guest questions and direct concerns to appropriate management.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary dining area per state health regulations.
• Work as a team to ensure a smoothly run operation with high guest service.
