• Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• Maintains table setting by removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and addressing spills or needs.
• Supports wait staff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands, trash liners, and bus stations.
• Cleans dining facility at end of shift; empties trash and recyclables.
• Assists management by addressing guest concerns and performing other duties as assigned.
