Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain Colorado Gaming license.
• Experience: 1–2 years in F&B supervision/management in FOH.
• Strong problem solving, quality control, and conflict management abilities.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills; able to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Interview, discipline, develop/train, and schedule staff.
• Lead team meetings and supervise shift activities and openings/closings.
• Interact with guests to resolve issues and ensure a pleasurable dining experience.
• Fill in for line staff when required and support proactive leadership.
