Responsibilities

• Train on upscale and fine dining service standards, including guest interaction and menu knowledge.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules and training plans.
• Monitor progress and provide coaching.
• Assist with menu rollouts and beverage education.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service standards.
• Maintain training records and resources.
