Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to speak and write English clearly.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables; setting decorations, condiments, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
• Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
• Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses.
• Supports wait staff by setting-up and replenishing condiment stands and bus stations.
• Closes dining facility by cleaning chairs and tables; sweeping floors and removing trash.
• Assists with seating guests, answering phones, and handling back-up tasks as needed.
