Job description

Pay will be variable by location, plus tips.

Essential Job Functions

1. Ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and re-set according to Seasons 52 standards.
2. Assist with pre-bussing tables, restocking side stations, and running food.
3. Assist with polishing and restocking flatware and glassware.
4. Ensure bartender bus tubs and trash are emptied and replaced efficiently.
5. Maintain overall cleanliness of the restaurant.

Accountabilities

Support guest flow by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables within three minutes. Assist bartenders with bus tubs and trash, and support the service team by pre-bussing, restocking, running food, and polishing flatware during shifts. Ensure guest safety by keeping tables, seats, floors, and restrooms clean and sanitized.

Performance Requirements

• Lift and transport up to 50 lbs., including bus tubs and dishware, on stairs and ramps if necessary.
• Speak and understand English.
• Frequently reach, lift, stoop, bend, and wipe to maintain tables and service areas.
• Walk and stand during entire shift.
• Work safely to avoid hazards like cuts, burns, slips, and trips.
• Collaborate well with all departments.
• Perform side work and maintain safety and sanitation standards.
