Job summary

First Watch in Clarksville, TN is seeking friendly Bussers to support a fast-paced breakfast, brunch and lunch service. You’ll help maintain clean tables, reset quickly, and provide a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light loads.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset tables within 3 minutes and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate with Hosts and Servers to optimize seating.
• Assist with light housekeeping, restocking, and general duties as needed.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
