Job summary

First Watch in Winston-Salem is seeking a friendly Busser to support dining service. With no night shifts ever, you will clear and reset tables quickly, maintain a clean dining area, and collaborate with hosts and servers to welcome guests.

You will communicate well, participate in light housekeeping, and help sustain a welcoming, team-focused environment. Eligible benefits and a supportive culture are highlighted in this role.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
