Job summary

First Watch in Nashua, NH is seeking a Busser who helps create a smooth breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience. You’ll clean and reset tables within 3 minutes, communicate with Hosts and Servers, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to cleanliness, and fast, reliable service. No night shifts, supportive team culture, and opportunities to grow with a chef-curated menu and people-first philosophy.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
