First Watch is hiring Bussers to support a fast-paced breakfast, brunch, and lunch service. This role emphasizes teamwork and quick table turnover, guiding guests to seating and keeping dining areas clean and welcoming.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
