Job summary

This is an on-site role with a focus on teamwork and consistent, friendly service. Our Bussers are essential to maintaining the flow of service, with responsibilities including table prep, cleaning, and occasional light duties to ensure guest satisfaction.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
