Job summary

First Watch is hiring Bussers in Wisconsin. The role supports dining room service by clearing and resetting tables quickly, maintaining clean tables, and coordinating with Hosts to seat guests.

This position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and attention to cleanliness to ensure a pleasant breakfast, brunch or lunch experience. About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
