Job summary

First Watch in Raleigh is seeking a friendly Busser who helps keep tables spotless and ready for guests, while ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Your teamwork, quick table resets under 3 minutes, and clear communication with Hosts and Servers will be essential, along with light housekeeping tasks and utensil handling.

• Communicate effectively with Hosts and Servers regarding seating readiness and table status.
• Provide friendly, efficient service support to ensure a smooth guest experience.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
