Job summary

First Watch is looking for friendly Bussers to join our team and uphold our YOU FIRST culture. You will support a chef-curated menu and assist with clearing and resetting tables quickly to keep service flowing smoothly.

In this role, teamwork and clear communication with Hosts, Servers, and staff are essential. The position involves light housekeeping duties and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area for breakfast, lunch, or brunch service.

About The Position

Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray and clean cloth towel, a First Watch Busser uses magician-like moves to clean and re-set tables within 3 minutes. They are often our silent communicators – contacting a nearby Host to signal “table readiness.”
