White Lodging Services, Inc. invites an energetic Busperson to join the team at JW Marriott Indianapolis. You will ensure tables are clean, assist with service flow, and help maintain hospitality standards across dining areas.

Bring an outgoing personality, strong communication, and teamwork. This entry position offers opportunities to learn, grow into a server role, and participate in a collaborative hotel environment that values guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Keep tables clean and properly set and assist Food Runner when needed.
• Coordinate with servers for table maintenance, clearing, and beverage delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality.
• Learn to operate the Host Stand.
• Know menu items, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Perform opening and closing duties and handle payment methods.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and represent the establishment well.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• A Busperson will ensure that all tables are clean and properly set while also assisting the Food Runner when necessary
• Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers. Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
• Learn to operate the Host Stand
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions
• Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
• Process all payment methods
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned
