White Lodging is seeking a friendly Busperson to support our front-of-house team at our San Antonio hotels. You will keep tables clean, assist servers, and ensure orders and beverage delivery flow smoothly.

Learn menu items, support high-volume service, and maintain professional appearance. This role offers day-one benefits, opportunities to grow into server responsibilities, and a path in hospitality with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Keep tables clean and properly set; assist the Food Runner when needed.

• Learn to operate the Host Stand.
• Know menu items, contents, and garnishes; answer guest questions accurately.
• Perform opening/closing duties and processing payments.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• A Busperson will ensure that all tables are clean and properly set while also assisting the Food Runner when necessary
• Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers. Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
• Learn to operate the Host Stand
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions
• Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
• Process all payment methods
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned
