White Lodging at JW Marriott Indianapolis is seeking enthusiastic dining staff to enhance guest experiences. You will greet guests, manage seating, and coordinate with servers to ensure smooth dining operations.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction with the dining experience.
• Effectively assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and seat guests at tables.
• Maintain the restaurant entryway and complete necessary side work and cleaning tasks.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
