Job summary

White Lodging is hiring a Busperson at one of our Indianapolis hotels. You will keep tables clean, assist servers, and learn the Host Stand while delivering exemplary hospitality. You should know menu items, respond to guest questions, and help with payments and closing duties.

Responsibilities

Keep all tables clean and properly set and assist the Food Runner when needed.
Work with servers, aid in table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery.
Provide exemplary hospitality and professional demeanor at all times.
Learn to operate the Host Stand and know menu items, garnishes, and preparation.
Answer guest questions accurately and assist with payments and closing duties.
Maintain neat appearance and fulfill other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do

A Busperson will ensure that all tables are clean and properly set while also assisting the Food Runner when necessary
Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers. Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
Learn to operate the Host Stand
Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions
Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
Process all payment methods
Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
Perform other duties as assigned
