The Health Plan and Provider (HPP) team

What you’ll do:

1. Lead end-to-end projects utilizing cloud technologies to solve complex business problems.
2. Provide technology expertise to maximize value for Health Plan clients and project teams.
3. Drive delivery methodologies to ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
4. Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and optimized for performance and cost.
5. Mentor and coach team members for ongoing professional development.
6. Demonstrate expertise and interpersonal skills in client and internal interactions.
7. Collaborate with ZS experts to foster innovation and mitigate project risks.
8. Work globally with team members for seamless project delivery.
9. Bring structure to unstructured work, including developing business cases with clients.
10. Support ZS leadership in business case development, innovation, and team initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

1. Enrolled in your junior year of a Bachelor's degree or first year of a Master's in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, MBA, or related field, with academic excellence.
2. 5+ years of healthcare consulting experience, particularly in large-scale technology implementations.
3. Strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
4. Proven supervisory, coaching, and project management capabilities.
5. Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
6. Deep knowledge of data management, analytics, automation, and application development.
7. Familiarity with industry-standard products like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Salesforce, Power BI, and Cloud.
8. Experience delivering projects via agile methodologies.

Additional skills:

1. Ability to manage virtual global teams for timely project delivery.
2. Skill in analyzing and troubleshooting interactions among databases, operating systems, and applications.
3. Willingness to travel to global offices as needed for collaboration.
