About Us

We’re a pioneering health tech company on a mission to revolutionise the way we all understand and support our health. Our mission is simple: to help people, and their doctors, make better decisions that lead to longer, fuller lives. We focus on the common diseases that affect billions, the ones that put the greatest strain on our healthcare systems.

Each person is unique, and by decoding the insights in our DNA, we’re building cutting-edge tools and platforms that enable truly personalised medicine. From prevention and early screening, to diagnosis, treatment, and even the development of new medicines, there is so much more to discover and build to support people at each step of their healthcare journey.

With our leading science and brilliant partners, we can make healthcare smarter, more precise, and more personal. Our vision is bold: a world where everyone benefits from genomics. If you’re inspired by the potential of cutting-edge science and technology and want to have a real impact on the future of healthcare, we’d love to hear from you.

Role Purpose:

As a Territory Manager for the Health Insight team here at Genomics, you'll be on the front lines of a transformative approach to preventive care. This is a hunter-focused, field-based sales role where you’ll introduce our cutting-edge clinical genomic testing to primary care and concierge medicine clinics. Your mission? Build new relationships, educate providers, and accelerate adoption of our solution to ultimately improve patient outcomes. If you’re energised by the idea of shaping a new market, driving top-of-funnel activity, and making a real impact this is the opportunity for you.

A Day in the Life:

You’ll hit the ground running by identifying and engaging new clinics across your territory, whether it’s a private concierge practice, specialty clinics or a large healthcare group.

You’re regularly out in the field, meeting with physicians, clinical staff, and decision-makers, introducing them to our solution and tailoring your message to their needs.

Armed with deep product knowledge and insight into clinical workflows, you’ll deliver compelling presentations and guide early sales conversations with professionalism and clarity.

You’ll navigate short sales cycles, work closely with internal teams to support onboarding, and ensure a smooth and impactful client experience from the first handshake to full integration.

Alongside your outbound efforts, you’ll stay active in the community, attending regional medical events, provider meetings, and conferences to elevate our visibility and generate new leads.

Throughout, you’ll use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to track activities, manage your pipeline, and forecast performance, keeping everything sharp and data-driven.

Who You Are

You’ve got a strong track record in field sales, particularly in diagnostics, clinical lab testing, health screening, or healthcare services.

You’ve successfully sold into primary care, concierge clinics and specialty clinics, and know how to navigate complex provider decision-making processes.

You thrive in a hunter role, love building relationships from scratch, and know how to open doors and close deals.

You understand the clinical and operational side of diagnostics, from patient engagement to reimbursement models, and can speak confidently across clinical and business conversations.

You’re an independent operator who takes ownership, executes with urgency, and brings energy and insight to a startup or growth-stage environment.

CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics are second nature to you, and you’re skilled at using them to stay on top of performance and activity.

You’re excited about the mission of using genomics to transform healthcare and you’re ready to hit the road up to 50% of the time to make it happen.

What success looks like:

Building a strong pipeline of engaged providers across your territory

Rapidly opening and activating new accounts

Driving consistent top-of-funnel growth and measurable contribution to commercial target
