Job Overview

Provides domain expertise as a trusted advisor to compliance experts. Primarily prospecting and problem solving to help clients evolve in a complex and dynamic regulatory environment.

Essential Functions

  1. Sales role for commercial compliance.
  2. Generate significant prospecting and relationship development with senior regulatory and compliance leadership personas.
  3. The role is expected to be seen as a trusted partner, discover unmet needs, and develop solutions across IQVIA Commercial Compliance Services that empower prospects to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and succeed compliantly.
  4. Identify and acquire new client relationships that fit the Commercial compliance capabilities.
  5. Maximize the number of new contacts within a territory and find ways to advance with proposed solutions.

Other Functions

  1. Focus primarily on new business and account acquisition; lead the acquisition of high-profile clients and aim to win large deals to meet TCV, revenue, and profit objectives.
  2. Develop prospects through individual efforts and participation in organization-sponsored events and campaigns.
  3. Prospect for new accounts, secure appointments, determine needs, deliver sales presentations, negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close sales.
  4. Develop strategies to expand the client base within defined market segments.
  5. Manage territory via direct selling, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and oversee inside sales campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in the industry or similar fields required.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $107,900 - $200,300. The actual offer may vary based on qualifications, location, and other factors. Incentive plans, bonuses, and benefits may also be provided.
