Position Responsibilities
  • Provide information to customers about healthcare options and insurance policies.
  • Help customers select appropriate insurance policies.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
  • Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, claims, and other questions.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
  • Stay updated on insurance regulations, healthcare policies, and market trends.
  • Promote insurance products to meet sales targets.
  • Resolve customer concerns with their policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments for cohesive service.
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain licensure and improve skills.
Candidate Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid Healthcare Insurance License.
  • Previous call center experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible schedule, analytical, problem-solving skills, ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable in completing assignments and attendance.
Requirements
  • Wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
  • Two 21" monitors.
  • Hard-wired broadband Internet (DSL, Cable, Fiber).
  • Wireless connections cannot access client systems.
  • Own headset (models to be recommended during interview).
Conditions of Employment

Must be authorized to work in the country. Willing to submit background/security investigation and drug screening. Employment contingent on these results.
