What you’ll do:

1. Lead end-to-end projects using cloud technologies to solve complex business problems.
2. Provide technology expertise to maximize value for Health Plan clients and project teams.
3. Drive strong delivery methodologies to ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
4. Ensure technology solutions are scalable, resilient, and optimized for performance and cost.
5. Guide, coach, and mentor project team members for continuous learning and growth.
6. Demonstrate expertise, facilitation, and interpersonal skills in internal and client interactions.
7. Collaborate with ZS experts to foster innovation and minimize project risks.
8. Work globally with team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
9. Bring structure to unstructured work, such as developing business cases with clients.
10. Assist ZS leadership with business case development, innovation, thought leadership, and team initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

• Currently in your junior year of a Bachelor's degree or in your first year of a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS, MBA, or related field with strong academic performance.
• 5+ years of healthcare consulting experience leading large-scale technology implementations.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Extensive supervisory, coaching, and hands-on project management experience.
• Proficiency with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise data management, advanced analytics, automation, and application development.
• Familiarity with industry-standard products such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Salesforce, Power BI, and Cloud platforms.
• Experience delivering projects using agile methodologies.

Additional skills:

• Ability to manage virtual global teams for timely project delivery.
• Experience analyzing and troubleshooting interactions between databases, operating systems, and applications.
• Willingness to travel to global offices as needed for collaboration.
