Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Project Manager/Analyst to lead system implementations and technology projects across the organization.

You will act as a liaison among departments, leadership and IT to evaluate systems, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and support successful adoption of new processes. The role tracks progress, manages risks and deliverables, and provides regular status updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/IS/PM or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in PM, business analysis, systems analysis, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate business system implementations, process improvements, and cross-functional projects
• Develop and track project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and implementation strategies
• Set project priorities and coordinate resources across departments to keep projects on schedule
• Identify risks, roadblocks, delays and develop solutions or escalate as needed
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide visibility into status
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines and expectations
• Evaluate current systems, workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvements
• Coordinate with IT on integrations, data flows, security, and dependencies
• Support compliance and audit through documentation and process improvements
• Oversee systems rollout, training and change management
• Manage vendors, integrations and SaaS partners
• Analyze impact of proposed changes on processes and employees
• Research and evaluate potential systems and tools to support needs
• Assist with system configuration, testing and user acceptance
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and data accuracy
• Schedule and facilitate recurring project meetings
• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and next steps
• Escalate significant issues or changes to scope, budget, timeline, or resources
