Job summary

Ubique Group is seeking an Analyst, Business Systems to drive improvements in order management, CRM, and EDI processing. You will partner with IT and leadership to evaluate performance, gather requirements, and lead enhancement projects from conception to deployment.

The role emphasizes data analysis to surface trends and support business cases, with independence to influence priorities and communicate findings to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in business systems analysis or related field.
• Experience supporting or leading system improvement and technology project initiatives.
• Proficiency with Excel or similar reporting tools and data extraction.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement across Salesforce, WMS, and EDI systems with prioritized recommendations.
• Manage full lifecycle of system enhancement projects from requirements to deployment.
• Analyze data on system performance, order flow, and KPIs to inform leadership decisions.
• Serve as primary business-side partner to IT for systems touching orders and accounts.
