Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, CIS, MIS, or a related field.
• Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years in a related occupation; Bachelor’s degree + 5 years acceptable in lieu.
• Willingness to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and process requirements.
• Plan, design, and launch efficient business systems in support of core organizational functions and processes.
• Elicit comprehensive business requirements and use cases from clients; facilitate JAD sessions and workshops.
• Draft BRD, FRD, RTM, business cases, user stories, and test cases; map data and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs; work through SDLC with cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct gap analyses, data analysis, and cost‑benefit studies; support testing and UAT.
• Advise on best practices, tools, and Agile processes; collaborate with QA, devs, and project staff.

Education

Master's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical / Electronics Engineering, CIS, MIS, or a related field

Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive experience in lieu of the required education and experience
