Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Hands-on experience building workflows, automations, or integrations in a ticketing platform (Zendesk preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience supporting business applications, reporting, or business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Own the buildout and ongoing administration of our ticketing platform, designing workflows, triggers, automations, views, and macros.
• Coordinate with our third-party IT partner, routing hardware and infrastructure issues and following through to resolution.
• Partner with teams across the business to map processes into clean, intuitive ticketing workflows.
• Build reporting to track ticket volume, resolution times, and trends, and refine workflows based on data.
• Analyze performance trends and deliver actionable insights to operations, leasing, and leadership.
• Support system upgrades, integrations, and new functionality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on system integrations and data flows.
• Oversee system setup during property acquisitions and transitions.
