Job summary

LV Collective is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to connect people, platforms, and data in Austin. You’ll design ticketing workflows, build reports, and optimize systems used daily by leasing, operations, and leadership.

Your role expands to analytics, dashboards, and driving process improvements across property platforms, with a focus on turning messy data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience supporting business applications or BI.
• Hands-on experience building workflows, automations, or integrations in a ticketing platform (Zendesk preferred).
• Experience administering or supporting software platforms (property management, CRM, HRIS, or similar).
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the buildout and ongoing administration of our ticketing platform and design workflows.
• Build reporting to track ticket volume, resolution times, and trends, and refine workflows from data.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance leasing and operational reports and dashboards.
• Monitor issues, troubleshoot, and coordinate with vendors for resolutions.
• Collaborate with teams to map processes and translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Create, maintain, and standardize documentation for systems, workflows, and reporting.
