Job summary

Centum Insight LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Business Support Analyst to manage operational data, work requests, ticket tracking, and reporting.

The role requires advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), strong data validation and analytical abilities, and experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps. Basic SQL knowledge and SOP documentation experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with Pivot Tables and lookups (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Strong data validation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing tickets/work requests using Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Basic SQL knowledge preferred
• Experience with SOP/process documentation and operational reporting preferred
