Job summary

LV Collective is seeking a Systems & Technology Analyst in Austin to design and administer our ticketing platform, turning requests into efficient workflows and automations. You will build reports and dashboards from operations data, enabling leadership to make informed decisions.

You'll collaborate across teams, translate processes into scalable solutions, and work with internal stakeholders and vendors to optimize performance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience designing workflows and automations in a ticketing platform.
• 1–2 years supporting business applications, reporting, or BI.
• Familiarity with property management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the buildout and administration of the ticketing platform, designing workflows, triggers, automations, views, and macros.
• Build reporting to track ticket volume, resolution times, and trends.
• Develop leasing and operational reports tracking metrics such as traffic and leasing velocity.
• Monitor system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions with vendors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to translate processes into scalable ticketing workflows.
