Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialist IS Business Systems Analyst to analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient IT solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify enhancements, perform data analysis, troubleshoot issues, and support implementation and maintenance of information systems.

You will partner with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to analyze processes, define scalable solutions, and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional solution design.
• 3+ years with Salesforce (SFMC preferred) translating business needs into system capabilities.
• 3+ years with CDP including Salesforce Data Cloud; strong identity resolution and segmentation knowledge.
• 3+ years analyzing data flows, integrations, and end-to-end data mappings across systems.
• 3+ years Agile, Scrum, and Design Thinking principles.
• 3+ years creating documentation including user stories, process flows, data mappings, acceptance criteria.
• 3+ years stakeholder management across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Define business needs with stakeholders and translate into clear requirements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure solutions meet business goals.
• Support testing, go-live readiness, and hypercare; drive risk resolution and improvements.
• Contribute to AI-driven and agentic initiatives by defining use cases.
