Job summary

Amgen, a leader in biotechnology, seeks an Associate Director of Information Systems to drive strategy, delivery, and evolution of a portfolio of pricing and AI-enabled products. You will partner with business leaders, engineers, and architects to build scalable technology solutions that accelerate commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, managing cross functional teams, and delivering high-impact capabilities while maintaining operational excellence and strong business

Qualifications

• Doctorate or equivalent in Information Systems or related field and several years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise technology products in analytics, pricing, or AI-enabled capabilities.
• Strong data engineering and cloud-native architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technology leader for agile teams supporting pricing intelligence and AI capabilities.
• Define and execute strategic product roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Build partnerships with business leaders, engineers, and architects to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead PI Planning, backlog refinement, and release planning to meet objectives.
• Establish and monitor OKRs and performance metrics for delivery and business value.
• Drive data-driven prioritization and opportunities in AI-enabled processes.
• Lead platform operations, incident management, and continuous improvement.
