Life Science Connect is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to bridge product strategy, engineering, and data. You will transform strategic concepts into precise, actionable architectures, leveraging AI to accelerate analysis and documentation.

You’ll work with Product, Engineering, Data, DevOps, and UX to deliver clear, implementation-ready specifications. You’ll design scalable workflows, own API contracts and data mappings, and partner with Full Stack Engineers to clarify requirements before

Qualifications

5+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS platforms, digital products, or enterprise apps.
Ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.
Experience with API thinking, data workflows, and product discovery.

Responsibilities

Translate strategy into engineering execution with clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Drive AI-augmented analysis to quickly produce documentation and data mappings.
Design scalable product workflows leveraging identity, analytics, and AI services.
Own implementation-ready specs including PRDs, API contracts, and process maps.
Collaborate deeply with engineering to resolve ambiguities before development.
Define modern data models, ingestion patterns, and reporting needs with Data Engineering.
Validate delivered functionality against business objectives and specs.
Improve Agile processes and AI-enabled delivery workflows across the team.
