Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Business Analyst to manage the deployment of AI products and solutions across multiple business units. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to identify, select, and implement AI technologies that deliver measurable business value.

You will translate business needs into functional requirements, model data and processes, lead testing, and guide the change management process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 7 years’ experience; Master's Degree with 6 years’ experience; PhD with 2 years’ experience.
Respective years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, or similar role in a technical environment or product management.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of managing the development and launch of successful software products.
Knowledge of software development best practices.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Work directly with business unit clients to understand business processes and drivers across units and identify needs for improvement enabled by technology.
Investigate capabilities of existing systems and technologies, assess information requirements, and develop information management strategies.
Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies; evaluate technology solutions using standard IS methodologies.
