Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Alternative combinations include bachelor’s with 2+ years IT/CS experience, associate’s with 6+ years, or high school diploma with 8+ years in CS/IT.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation processes and business analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Mac environments and Windows integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create Business Requirement Documents, Workflow diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams.
• Bridge between warehouse and business; translate needs into actionable items for IS Warehouse team.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication and coordination.
• Drive process improvements and delivery efficiency.
• Communicate with stakeholders to align expectations and delivery.
• Identify dependencies and risks during cross‑functional workstreams.
• Generate stakeholder reports as needed.
