Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Hands-on IT system implementation experience, including requirements definition, delivery coordination, testing support, and implementation readiness.
• Demonstrated ability to support cross-functional efforts in global, matrixed, and regulated environments.
• Working knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence across levels and functions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Medical Affairs and related business stakeholders to understand processes, priorities, and opportunities to improve capabilities.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and collaborate with technical partners for evaluation and delivery readiness.
• Contribute to roadmaps by gathering input and coordinating follow-up activities with business and technology partners.
• Assess existing processes and technologies to identify needs, gaps, and opportunities for integration or data-enabled improvements.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and map current/future workflows, evaluating solution options.
• Document requirements, data needs, risks, and stakeholder impacts for delivery teams.
• Support validation testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation readiness.
