Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics in Louisville, KY seeks a Business Systems Analyst to gather requirements, document software functionality, and lead modifications or enhancements to existing or new products. You will work with customers and developers to define specs, create test plans, and develop end-user training materials.

Responsibilities include collaborating with Sales and Operations on SCRs, supporting product go-lives, and educating the company on our software products. 20% travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience dealing directly with customers and developers
• Experience writing functional specifications and requirements gathering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Understanding of software design and databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with WMS, SCM and Logistics applications
• Eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain functional specification documents for software products.
• Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and obtain approval of specifications.
• Define and simplify requirements with customers and project teams.
• Develop test plans and assist QA in testing.
• Create system workflows and module descriptions aligned with requirements.
• Assist training teams with materials and training delivery.
• Provide product support to Sales and Operations groups.
• Collaborate on SCRs with project management and Sales.
• Participate in on-site training, testing, and go-live activities.
