Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics, a leading provider in integrated warehouse automation, seeks a Business Systems Analyst I to assist with requirements gathering and documentation for software products. You will support customer projects and internal initiatives, with opportunities to lead projects with experience and guidance.

The role involves creating functional specs, participating in testing, and helping educate teams on software products. Travel up to 20% May be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or CIS; Master’s degree a plus.
• Experience gathering requirements and coordinating with customers and developers.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with WMS, SCM and logistics applications.
• Eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain functional specification documents for software products.
• Gather requirements and define system functionality with stakeholders for approval.
• Define and simplify requirements with customers and project teams.
• Develop and maintain UAT plans and test strategies.
• Create system workflows and module descriptions meeting project needs.
• Maintain product level requirements, standards, and workflows.
• Assist QA with test plans and testing activities.
• Support internal integration testing and project continuity.
• Assist Training with training material creation and delivery.
• Provide product support to Sales and Operations.
• Collaborate on SCRs with project managers.
• Train Sales and Operations on new products or changes.
• Participate in on-site training, testing and go-live activities.
• Educate the company on software products via lunch sessions/email blasts.
