Qualifications

• Three years of administrative, technical or investigative work involving management information systems.
• Experience collaborating with analysts, application administrators, technical staff and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, documents and manages functional and technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Ensures adherence to SDLC and change-management policies across the enterprise.
• Manages the change backlog for the area and coordinates related activities.
• Supports project management tasks on select initiatives.
• Acts as liaison to business users for training scheduling and delivery.
• Crafts solutions with technical staff to meet business needs and data-flow requirements.
• Documents information security and compliance requirements for changes.
• Develops testing plans and gathers data for system testing and validation.
• Coordinates vendor/contractor activities for development or maintenance.
• Produces system documentation, manuals, diagrams and related artifacts.
• Provides input to technical strategy with IT leadership.
