Responsibilities

• Lead development of an IT roadmap for Hearth.
• Manage relationships with staff across functions and with external IT providers.
• Analyse business processes and design system/reporting solutions.
• Lead workshops to document requirements for changes or reports.
• Oversee testing and implementation of system changes and reporting tools.
