We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with 6-8 years of experience to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role will be responsible for analysing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience translating business needs into system requirements and driving projects through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend system enhancements or process improvements.
• Create and maintain business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, workflows, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and project teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives and requirements.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and post-implementation activities.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and documenting business processes.
• Experience working with SDLC methodologies, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and project delivery teams.
• Proficiency with process mapping, data analysis, and requirements management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
