Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to gather and document requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams on design, testing, and implementation of solutions in a dynamic environment.

You will coordinate IT projects supporting campus openings, renovations, and technology deployments, while managing procurement requests and supporting move-in activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or hybrid BA/Project Coordinator experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow / Purchasing
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting software implementations, system enhancements, or technology projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and drive projects to completion.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow analysis, and operational support

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document system, business and functional requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to design, test, and implement solutions.
• Coordinate IT projects supporting campus openings, renovations, technology deployments, and operational improvements.
• Manage software and hardware requests through the procurement lifecycle, working closely with procurement and business teams.
• Support technology move-in activities, including port activation, AV coordination, and temporary technology setups.
• Create process documentation, workflows, business procedures, and system specifications.
• Coordinate testing, implementation activities, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Support departmental operations, scheduling, and other administrative initiatives.
