Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend system enhancements.
• Create BRDs, user stories, workflows, process maps, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and project teams to ensure solutions meet objectives.
• Support testing, UAT, issue resolution, and post-implementation activities.
