Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; 1 year IT/software hardware experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work with end users and departments.
• Background investigation required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with end users to define business, financial, and operational requirements and improve processes.
• Perform end-user reviews of systems to assure optimal performance and efficient service.
• Plan, design, develop, and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing ones.
• Review technical aspects of RFPs to support software purchases and implementation.
• Monitor department website for accuracy and performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
